Requisitos de Entrada

La entrada a la asociación se realiza mediante la adquisición de una res, permitiendo a los socios decidir su destino: venta directa, autoconsumo o crianza de terneros.

Participación Activa

Los socios participan activamente en la cría y manejo de reses, garantizando trazabilidad completa y registro de titularidad, lo que fortalece la conexión entre el campo y el plato.
